America’s new
specialty yarn
maker.
Specialty yarns spun in Alabama and South Carolina. Built to your count, your strength target, and your schedule, then made the same way every lot after.
Spinnere makes cotton, cotton-rich blends, and filament yarns for mills and brands where quality and consistency are mission critical.
Products
Specialty yarns. Made to specification.
Give us the count, the construction, and the end use, or just the performance target you are chasing. We come back with a yarn path that actually runs in production, not one that only behaves in a sample.
Clean, even cotton yarns for makers who care about hand and repeatability. We hold count, evenness, and imperfections tight across the whole run, because variation in the yarn comes back as barré, weak seams, or shade trouble in the cloth.
FR yarns built to the standard your end use answers to, like NFPA 2112 or 70E for workwear and utility. We build what the requirement calls for and hold it consistent lot to lot. Protection that varies shipment to shipment cannot be certified.
Have a yarn specification? Send it. Have a target? Tell us the end use and fabric construction. We will come back with a yarn path that runs in production.
Capabilities
Process control you can feel in the fabric.
We build to hold count, evenness, twist, and strength across the entire run, not to clear a single lab test and hope the rest follows.
We manage fiber selection, blending, and process settings so lot forty behaves like lot one. That is what keeps shade uniform and barré out of the cloth.
Trials that mirror production reality, run at real speeds on representative equipment. You learn how a yarn behaves before you commit a season to it.
Fast iteration, clear feedback, and honest trade-offs between cost, performance, and lead time.
Evenness and imperfections, tenacity and elongation, count and twist. Then we hand you the data instead of asking you to take our word for it. The proof travels with the yarn.
Made In America
Made here. Built for here.
Domestic means something concrete here: weeks of lead time instead of months on the water, a phone call to the plant instead of a relay across time zones, and a supply line that does not sit hostage to a single port.
It also matters at the border. Under USMCA and CAFTA-DR, most apparel has to meet a yarn-forward rule of origin to ship duty-free. Yarn spun here helps your finished goods qualify: real money at the customs line, not a line on a brochure.
Shorter lanes. Fewer surprises.
Sustainability
When the yarn stays in specification, the scrap, the seconds, and the reruns downstream go away with it, the fastest and least glamorous sustainability win there is, and the one that also lowers your cost.
Lot-level records built for customers who have to prove where their material came from, on paper, when somebody asks. As scrutiny over cotton origin tightens, documentation that holds up under a real audit is worth more than a claim that does not.
Cotton, blends, and polyester chosen to fit the end use and the compliance picture, including recycled content where it earns its place on performance and cost. We will not put a fiber in your yarn that fails the fabric just to win a marketing line.
